Once purchased, a session is non-refundable, however your credit remains valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.


Arrival Policy: We recommend you plan to arrive for your treatment no less than 15 minutes before your scheduled time. This allows for the completion of any necessary paperwork and/or assessments prior to treatment.

Cancellation Policy: If your booking is cancelled 2 hours before the scheduled start time you can retain the credit for a future session. Cancellations within 2 hours will not be credited.


If you need to cancel, please do so by logging into your account or by contacting us directly by phone on 0468 852 555.


Late Policy: We will do everything we can to ensure you receive your full treatment time. However if you arrive late, please be mindful that your treatment time will be shortened to accommodate the remainder of the scheduled time. This is to ensure that we run on time for our other clients and respect our therapists time. We retain the right to charge you the full treatment fee.
